Terms of Service
Effective May 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Blackbook Baseball website, scouting reports, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Londonberry Solutions LLC, doing business as Blackbook Baseball (“Blackbook”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
We sell pre-paid advance scouting reports for high school baseball. Current products: a Self Scout($19) on the buyer’s own team and an Opponent Scout ($29) covering one upcoming opponent. All reports are print-ready PDFs covering expected lineup, pitching staff, hitter attack plans, and overall game plan scoped to the report type. Reports are researched and drafted with software assistance and reviewed by a Blackbook scout before delivery.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. The Service is intended for coaches, parents, boosters, and athletic-department staff purchasing on behalf of a high school baseball program. The Service is not directed to children under 13.
3. Orders and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the listed price for the order. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. We may cap the number of orders accepted per day; if capacity is reached we will refuse the order before charging your card or refund any charge in full.
4. Delivery
Buyers fill out an order form before payment; the form posts to Stripe Checkout. We promise delivery of your report within 24 hours of the moment you submit that order form. The clock starts when you place your order, not at payment. If we miss the 24-hour window, you may request a full refund under Section 6.
5. Acceptable use
Reports are provided for the internal use of the purchasing program. You may print, share, and distribute the PDF inside your program. You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly republish the report. You may not use the Service to scrape, mirror, or reverse-engineer our underlying data sources.
6. Refund policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: you have a 48-hour, no-questions refund window from delivery. If we cannot produce a quality report on the opponent you requested, we refund in full regardless of the window.
7. Intellectual property
Blackbook Baseball owns all rights in the report we deliver to you. Upon delivery and full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, print, copy, and distribute the report inside your baseball program in perpetuity. Underlying data is sourced from publicly available high school baseball stats and from accounts we hold under our own credentials; we do not transfer any rights in those underlying sources.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. Scouting reports are professional opinions based on available data and are not guarantees of any game outcome. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific competitive purpose beyond the descriptions in these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes apply to orders placed after the new effective date posted at the top of this page.
